1. Use the same electrode for electrical discharge machining of film holes with deep hole and baffle hole structures.
2. The spindle mechanism for film holes meets functions such as high-precision rotation and automatic feeding of the electrode, high-pressure flushing from the inside, high-pressure flushing from the outer ring electrode, electrode power supply and insulation, sealing of high-pressure flushing inside and outside, and corrosion resistance.
3. An online controllable high-frequency pulse discharge power supply, based on the pulse width and energy control of the power supply, achieves thinning and thickness control of the remelted layer.
