Precision Spark Erosion Machining Machine Tool for Air Film Hole Spraying
In order to adapt to market demands and improve the performance of aircraft engines, as well as to meet the cooling effect of turbine blade film cooling, a precision spark erosion machine tool for film holes has been developed. 1. The same electrode is used for spark erosion processing of film holes with deep hole and bumpy hole structures. 2. The spindle mechanism for film holes meets the functions of high-precision rotation and automatic feeding of the electrode, high-pressure flushing of the inner hollow, high-pressure flushing of the outer ring electrode, electrode power supply and insulation, sealing of inner and outer high-pressure flushing, and corrosion resistance. 3. An online controllable high-frequency pulse discharge power supply, based on the pulse width and energy control of the power supply, achieves thinning and thickness control of the remelted layer.
